When do I give my child the character development wristband(s)?

The “Karam’s Little Leader” program rewards your child by having them EARN their wristband after completing 4 weekly missions (at the end of the month), provided the child has done a satisfactory job (that is up to you of course). Our recommendation is that if an effort is made or the task was completed successfully on 5 out of the 7 days then that is a WIN for the child, and at the end of the month award them with their wristband. We recommend 4 weekly mission wins – one for each week – before they earn their wristband.
